However, other than this expensive price tag, the bottle that stores this perfume is no less as the bottle itself is made with two kilograms of Gold and is adorned with 1,000 diamonds all around the bottle.
It is believed that it takes more than 35 people and a time period of more than a year to finish each bottle of this perfume. Another French perfume from same brand has a unique scent for a mystery family in the Middle East. The bottle is part of a set where the perfumes cost from $1.5 million to $7 million, they say. This specific bottle they sold had gold armour, and diamonds stuck all over it.

The Shumukh perfume, made right here in the UAE, is number three on the list of the priciest perfumes in the world. ‘Shumukh’ means ‘deserving the highest’ in Arabic. The people who came up with this perfume call themselves ‘Creators of Spirit’ and work for the fancy fragrance brand Nabeel. A 3-litre bottle costs a jaw-dropping US$1.3 million.
The perfume comes in an Italian Murano crystal bottle decorated with a gold falcon Arabian horses, roses and a globe to show what Dubai is all about. The whole bottle has 3,571 diamonds (adding up to 38.55 carats), giant pearls, 2.5 kg of 18-K gold, and 5.9 kgs of pure silver. The bottle itself is two metres tall and sits on a leather stand with cushions that’s also two meters tall.
This has led it to win two Guinness World Records – one for having the most diamonds on a perfume bottle and another for being the tallest remote-controlled fragrance spray bottle you can buy. The perfume smells like sandalwood, musk, ylang-ylang Turkish rose Indian agar wood, musk and Patchouli.
